With stu
ck, banging sound system, 19 wheels, some slight low, and a lip spoiler.
I`d have to sell the lexus for it...or maybe just let it go back to my parents to use as mom’
s winter car (her A3 E-tron is...lacking..in snow)
How dumb is this?

Not dumb at all. Yellow cars are great! Audi’s are fine if you can do most of the work yourself.
I plan to paint my Subaru yellow if I don’t sell it first. The blue and silver mix match of body panels isn’t doing it for me.

Ooo is that first one really that awesome yellow, or are the pics just overtouched/saturated?

Theres a 2015 B8.5 manual by my house for $28k that’s been tempting me. I’m a sucker for flat bottomed steering wheels. Although being taller than most, they actually do help me get in and out of lower cars.

Not as dumb as wanting the V8 S4.

I want one just to see if I can get the MSTRB8 tag past the censors.
“I’m Mister B8, that’s all...”

The 3.0 V6s seem to hold up really well. I would love to get one with a sport diff and dsg as our third family car(wife gets her hybrid, I get my sports car for non-winter , then _____ for my winter car and family trips ) . But an A3 Quattro is probably more realistic given it’s a third car; it doesn’t make much sense to stretch a budget for it.

its less of a `yellow car dumb` questrion and more of àm I dumb for wanted to drop a perfectly reliable AWD lexus that does all i need for a sports-sedan audi that i really really dont need. esp given I have my bikes for fun`

Audi’s are great cars, unless you have to pay someone to fix them. Bikes are super dangerous, stay away, besides a yellow Audi is like a safety advert. Having a reliable car like a Lexus is just soooo tedious. Always wary of when it will break. With an Audi you are wary of when it will work, because that means something else will break soon . And when it is on the side of the road, hey, yellow is visible! Boring blacks and silvers just blend in with the scenery.

I’ve wreaked 2. Both Ducati’s. Neither were mine :D Walked away both times. Never again. NEVER. I will stick with my cages.

“neither were mine”
you’d think people would learn after the first time not to lend you fast bikes?

First time was a patch of gravel and bike slid out underneath me into some marsh grass . It was a heavily modified bike and I wasn’t prepared for that surprise and hadn’t adjusted to it. Second time was 5 or so months later, car came over and bumped into my friend and s he swerved into me, I was braking, hard, at this point, so it went down pretty soft . Not that I wasn’t an experienced rider, we enjoyed a few cross country bike trips, but some things you can control, some you can’t.

I had a B-5 A4. Less than a year. It was as reliable as 20lbs. of nails in a wet paper bag. At least twice a day I find myself reminding myself about that.

B5s yes.
we had a P8 A3 and currently have an E-tron. aside from our lexus, most reliable cars we h
a
ve had. the P8 went 250K km with nothing but regualr maintenance (fluid changes, brakes, DSG service ever 40K miles
) and one emissions sensor.
